1. Indusface relied on content marketing and SEO as primary channels to drive traffic to website. While these resulted in massive incoming traffic, due to the current information architecture and UX, the visitor traffic was not decentralised and resulted in high bounce rates.

2. To address these UX issues, we carried out persona mapping and UX research with internal teams and understood the winning patterns behind every successful business/customer onboarding. Findings and insights were implemented to arrive at a new UX structure that proved to be intuitive and user-friendly allowing higher discoverability and easy navigation on the website.
