Gupshup enables better customer engagement through conversational messaging. Gupshup is the leading conversational messaging platform, powering over 6 billion messages per month.

The marketing team at Gupshup reached out to OriginUX to reimagine the experience of how Gupshup enabled its users to get started from the website with a service of choice.

Having very recently achieved a massive feat of becoming a Unicorn, Gupshup wanted to put its best foot forward with new experience, aiming for the perfect customer delight.

Gupshup wanted to achieve an interactive build-your-solution mechanism through which the user can combine service choices (sms, ip messaging) with engagement model choices (self-serve - gupshup.io and enterprise - smsgupshup.com) that they would like to avail.

This meant that one singular domain that becomes the landing point on the web for Gupshup. Users should be able to relate to the brand as a reliable partner and easily discover intent and information via strong structural and seamless user-flows and content-based SEO.

As a theme to our ever evolving brand identity, informative on our positioning, services should build confidence with through our news coverage, customer stories, original resource content (multiple formats such as Blog, Whitepaper, Case Studies etc).

Outcomes

Crafted the UX to reflect the upgrade of brand status. Gupshup is one of the latest unicorn of India.
UX workflows seamlessly guide visitors through the respective workflows and help them cross-over to the post-login experience without hassle.
New information architecture minimizes confusion for existing users who might have bookmarked login links or are used to repetitive web flows to login.
The new narrative focuses on marketers, brand owners, agencies, business owners and developers.
