These are companies that produce, package, and distribute their products by themselves. Unlike other companies that sometimes <strong>use shipping facilities or retailers to distribute their products<\/strong>, D2C brands cater to the users directly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Like any other brand, <strong>D2C<\/strong> companies often <strong>use social media to promote their brand<\/strong>. D2C brands <a style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #000000;\" href=\"#\">ensure proper and honest communication<\/a> between the brand and its customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"How_are_D2C_brands_different_from_other_brands\"><\/span><strong>How are D2C brands different from other brands?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The D2C model establishes a kind of <strong>transparency between brands and customers.<\/strong> End customers are assured that they are receiving their product from the retailer themselves. With e-commerce seeing a boost last year, it is only natural that customers expect to be satisfied with a purchase made online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the IBEF, <em>&#8220;India&#8217;s e-commerce order volume increased by 36% in the last quarter of 2020.&#8221;<\/em><br>Refer: <a href=\"#\" style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #000000;\">https:\/\/www.ibef.org\/industry\/ecommerce.aspx<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D2C brands pretty much <strong>remove the middlemen<\/strong> from the picture by eliminating organizations that subtract from your brand&#8217;s profits. As absurd as it sounds, it benefits the brand in more than one way. As a brand, it gives you a <strong>better insight into customer data<\/strong> by creating various demographics and how to cater to who.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As the owner of a D2C brand, you <strong>tend to have more control over brand reputation<\/strong>, which is unlikely to happen with common retailer brands. This puts you, as a brand, in direct contact with your end customer. Enriching user experience equals happy customers. They operate on a <strong>farm-to-fork model, owning and the back-end supply chain.<\/strong> The company site is, once again, <a href=\"#\" style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #000000;\">simple but highlights its strong points.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"734\" height=\"382\" src=\"https:\/\/originux.com\/resources\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/licious.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-166\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.originux.com\/resources\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/licious.jpg 734w, https:\/\/www.originux.com\/resources\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/licious-300x156.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 734px) 100vw, 734px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Function of Beauty<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>A brand that <strong>customizes its products based on the quiz<\/strong> taken by the customer. An enlarged and crisp product image makes the products stand out on the homepage itself. The site also <strong>gives users the choice of which quiz they want to take<\/strong>. It mentions its most vital point, which is the customizing feature. Something all these brands have in <strong>common is simplicity and functionality<\/strong>, which at the end of the day, form the foundation of user experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"How_can_UX_design_promote_your_brand\"><\/span><strong>How can UX design promote your brand?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Now is the time to talk about user experience and direct-to-customer brands. Your D2C brand website or application needs to have a well-distributed section of promotional information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Below mentioned are laws of UX that you can consider while designing for your brand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Fitt\u2019s Law<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Fitt\u2019s Law states that \u201c<strong><em>the time to acquire a target is a function of the distance to and size of the target<\/em><\/strong>\u201d. This simply implies that the longer the distance and the smaller the size of the target, the longer it takes for the user to reach. The <strong>aim<\/strong> of this is to <strong>reduce the distance<\/strong> between two points and make the target object (example. The longer time it takes for users to make choices, the more likely they are to get frustrated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depicted here is an example of how you can limit options on your site. This means that users prefer your site to work the same way as all the other sites they already know<\/em><\/strong>&#8220;.
