About your role:

The business analyst is a flexible professional who seeks to improve processes and increase effectiveness through technology, strategy analytics solutions. They act as communicators facilitation mediators by using their knowledge of organizational goals with projects that need improvement in technical efficiency for increased productivity. A Business Analyst's role includes documenting potential solutions which may be efficient or effective based on evaluation from different departments within the company; they do this meticulous work so it can bridge any gaps between these various groups.

Your responsibilities:

• Drive identification of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data
• Serve as thought leader for technical business processes, developing forward-thinking systems prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels
• Create and implement precise management plans for every project, with attention to transparent communication at all levels
• Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development
• Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production, to ensure maximum usability
